Find out how to resolve an issue like this.......

Here is my PSP, as you can see with the battery, it charges but when their is no AC adapter connected, it doesn't start up, When AC adapter is connected and battery is in, you can see that its telling you that its charging and starts up successfully , when really its not, then when i take out the AC adapter, the power just goes off, then at the end of the video, i show how the PSP works with AC adapter connected when the battery isn't in PSP .

I have brought this battery like 3 days ago, wanted a spare battery since i was doing CFW on the PSP. I've also got the ORIGINAL PSP battery that came with the PSP which is now pandora but i can restore it to work like a normal battery.

Okay, this PSP is FRIED! if you PSP battery is doing EXACTLY what my PSP is doing, its fried and it CANNOT be fixed, the only fix is to get a new battery, which i did, same brand, same everything, and the new battery worked.

The battery must have fried itself or something while i was transferring some files to the PSP and frequently turning it off and on...

For other people it might be that the battery has exceeded its battery life, because its too old and just need a new one.

This same situation has happened to my friend, so he wanted me to open it up, muck about with it, tried everything... Make some sparks etc, nothing worked, so it was official it was a screwed up battery.

Hope this helped anyone watching.......

If you charge ur psp and u dont get a orange light, new battery is needed, if you charge the battery and only last a couple of mins, new battery is needed, if u cannot turn psp on with battery (no ac connected) u need a new battery.... to test if its ur battery or ur PSP!!! do this: Insert ur battery, turn ur psp on, if it doesnt, take it out, then place the AC in the PSP WITHOUT the battery, if psp turns on, this means its ur battery thats screwing with u... in other words, NEW BATTERY lol.....
