"Dub Echoes" is a documentary that shows how The Jamaican dub influenced the birth of much of what we hear today, from electronic music to hip-hop.

Over 40 key names, from both the reggae and the electronic music world, were interviewed to talk about the history and the importance of the dub music.

  • Thank you so much for making this! I haven't seen this yet but love the concept. I have loved Reggae and Dub almost my whole life, it just speaks to me. Within the last 3 years I have been a major Dubstep promoter and I am always preachin' to learn your roots and not to call Dubstep Dub etc since the once-Dub-like genre has now evolved to rarely ever sound like Dub. Thanks for educating, so many people need to see this!
