Starts off in the "low" unlocked 4x4 mode, switched to FDII specific low range, then cycled between the FDII specific low range and unlocked low range

I live in Canada, and by law our vehicles need to have day time running lights, so that is why the lights are on.

@beno7398 DRLs are the orange lights. They stay on in Canadian cars, and will blink when indicating a turn from what I know. I live in the US but my 2004 Sentra's DRLs stay on when the headlights are on, I think on some cars they'll be on anyway.

Your indicators are the running lights? Or your whole headlights are?

Here the orange indicators flash on and off when we turn. We physically and legally cannot leave them on.
