@ForeverDisney2010 Its more a program than anything else. Its an eBook that is divided into a 3-part system, really easy to follow. And one part of the system its recommended you do everyday (only takes 30 seconds), and its just become part of my morning routine now. Like brushing my teeth! you should contact the owner, i think he has an e-mail on the site somewhere. hope this helped. :)
