Was bored so i started playing around and came across a way to get 7400 damage with only 100 meter! What fun!
It's actually semi-practical since it gives massive damage for only 100 meter and it's entirely possible to land a J.[C] in a real match if you start doing some J.[C] meaty/whiff mixups. But it has VERY strict timing on the 22B 2A 5B 623B part.
Also, the second clip shows something i still don't understand. When i added in an extra 2B on the OTG at the end, it resulted in LOWER damage somehow. Yet, if i add the 2B into a NORMAL corner BnB, it results in HIGHER damage. Still trying to figure out why 2B has a higher prorate in this combo than it does in a normal BnB...
@chuyin2k2 The entire point of this combo was to find the most damaging combo I could without spending a lot of meter. It was intended to be somewhat practical to give an extra edge over people who just do the same-old same-old BnB's. I specialize in things that are practical for real-match situations.

@ImShiawase You can also go for the 4way off of a 623C or 2C. Satsuki is mostly a straight forward offence character that just wants to keep the pressure on her opponent. She has a lot of gimmicks at her disposal, but it's hard to recommend using gimmicks.

@ImShiawase There really isn't a proper list as far as I know. As for counterhit combos, really all you need to know is after an aerial counterhit catch them with 2C and continue her BnB from there. Unless it's a character that randomly doesn't get hit by her 2C when falling (like Kohaku) in which case you catch them with 5B or 5C into 623B. As for setups, Satsuki doesn't really have any. After an airthrow she can go for her infamous 4way, which there are videos you can look up for.

@CrimsonDragon24 Will do! Do you know where I can find a list of Satsuki's combos? I tried searching on MeltyBread but there as far as combos. I'm mostly looking for counter hit combos/set ups at the moment.

@ImShiawase Ahh. Yeah, there isn't much of a scene for MBAA in NA. That's why i'm still playing MBAC online as well. Even though there aren't many people playing it now. When you're ready feel free to give me a PM and I'd be happy to kick your ass a few times~ Always happy to play people interested in learning the game. Especially people interested in Satsuki.

@CrimsonDragon24 Sorry I should have been more clear. I am only playing offline right now to get a hang of the game. ^^;; I'll probably jump online soon to get my ass kicked.
I would play MBAA instead but my compy can't handle the PS2 emulator. Plus there doesn't seem to be a local scene for Melty Blood. :/

@ImShiawase In that case you probably shouldn't waste time on MBAC, just play MBAA since it's newer and people actually play that. MBAC now, the only people who play it are people with no local scenes and just want to play online.

@CrimsonDragon24 I play offline. I just started playing a few days ago so I've spent all of my time in training mode.

@ImShiawase It's just a matter of knowing when exactly your recovery frames end after 623B. Most people have trouble with it at first but try hitting it sooner than you think you need to. If nothing at all comes out, hit it a tad later until you find the proper timing.
Like i said, everyone has trouble with it at first, but once you get the hang of it, it gets really easy.
Now, I have a question for you: Do you play online or just offline?

I just started playing Melty and I've fallen in love with Sacchin's playstyle. I can't see to hit the OTG 5B after the 623B. I know that keeping at it in practice mode is the best way to get it (which is what I'm doing already) but I haven't got it to hit once. Can you give me some help with this?
