Uh...you know that's probably a chair right?

I thought that parts 1-3 WERE the bloopers!!!

That was actually one of Palpatine's secret dark jedi ninjas otherwise known as his Hands. They were Palpatine's personal spies and assasins, and in this paticular scene, he was hiding in the background, waiting until Palapatine called upon him in the event that Anakin didn't show up in time and the shit really hit the fan. Lucas secretly had them put into certain scenes in all six movies. I cant believe you people dont know about this... Everybody else does, it is widely accepted fact.

Actually, the camera came in front of the computer which is located on the desk. It's not a person. It is not too amazing. A REAL blooper is when Carrie Fisher in Star Wars A New Hope had accidently forgot to wear a bra and it was the scene where they ran to the Millenium Falcon. That is a blooper. This is just a cinematic attempt to make something look cool.
George Lucas is lucky Christian Bale wasn't in this movie when that happened.
