I personally send my congratulations to Commander Matthew Shannon on his appointment as the CO on board the Enterprise, on behalf of the Military Government of Planet Burman III and wish him all the luck. Fellow Earthlings, it is with deep sadness that I have to report the passing away of our beloved Fleet Commander, Jean Luc Piccard. He took a fateful fall in the stationery stockroom on board the USS Enterprise. There is however something good to come out of this. Your new Fleet Commander has being appointed by the Federation. That person is..............Commander Shannon! All I can say, is, God help the crew!!!!!
