Give just 7 min to genius Tom Tykwer, to tell the story that others need hours to express...
Francine... Je m'en souviens exactement
C'était le 15 mai
Le printemps tardait, la pluie menaçait
Et tu criais

Et tu étais admise bien sûr
Tu as quitté Boston emménager à Paris
Tes chantes, tes espoirs, tes désirs, ta musique

On riait, tu pleurais

Rions ensemble, tu criais
Avec une raison parfois, et parfois sans
Le temps passait, le temps filait

Je t'accompagnais au conservatoire
Je révisais mes examens
Tu m'écutais parler italien, allemand, russe, français
Je révisais mes examens
Tu criais, parfois avec raison
Le temps passait sans raison
Tu criais sans raison
Je révisais mes examens
Mes examens, mes examens, mes examens
Le temps passait
Tu criais, tu criais, tu criais

  • @botomofmyheart wat's the concept

  • well, francine got me there

  • @yesboss2000 No it's not. It's about their love being sound. Hence why everything is happening in train stations, plazas, all public places with so much noise. She screams for a reason, and sometimes for reason - but all for him. And he sees her sounds, their conversations.

  • Like this if you thought he was going to face-palm at 6:48.

  • Who needs to know the concept. In case you have any exam.Ask me, I'll explain it to you.

  • the concept is to expect the unexpected. e.g, at the beginning you didn't expect that he is blind, but he is. you think the girl is in trouble, but it turns out that she is rehearsing lines. when they get to the academy, you see his hand reach out and expect to him to stroke her face, but he doesn't. and, of course, you expect that she's breaking up with him, but she was only rehearsing lines, (bonus, and you expect that he didn't know that, but he did -"no, I see you")

  • It's an amazing story!!!

  • mercii por les dialogueess!!! :D

  • @liranzojohn191 He thought that Francine was breaking up with him. Meanwhile, he tells the story in short about how he thought his relationship was coming to an end. But it turns out that she was only practicing her lines.
