why does this video not talk about the contraindications like the knee not going over the toe, & base the ascention and descension through the front heel that should anchor level on the floor for the next rep? Otherwise it is a good demo.

@moosen34 ty i have started doing them latley too i dont enjoy heavy deads and box squats anymore, my body feels better with natural calisthenic movements with added necessary weight ie pullups, dips, pushups, jump squats

Want to dunk a basketball with ease? I tried squatting and deadlifts for years to improve my vertical with minimal success (although my legs did get much stronger) but when I began doing weighted jump lunges I became an arial acrobat! Guaranteed to help basketball players get up
@ZenYahwehFitness - Thanks for the comment. The short reason why is that it's meant as a simple short demonstration. Also, to fully cover a given subject would take a 30-60 minute video!
