In this video Fred goes over the Current Market statistics (as of 08/20/10), which include the number of active properties on the market...of this number how many are: Foreclosures (Bank Owned), Pre-Foreclosures (Short Sales), Standard (Equity Sellers). The number of homeowners that had there home on the market, and had equity, out numbered the foreclosures and pre-foreclosures that were on the market, 2 to 1 !
