And while also jumping with the one foot,you will have to jump a little bit with another foot also,by taking it to the back and front. But dont jump too far.

Prove to do this little bit harder,but dont do it too hard,it will hurt your finger toes.

Prove to do this more harder and faster.

PART 2.

Good method to practise your basis is to take your feets to the back,and front and then shift. And do that over again. But in the start,its going to be hard to learnd Hardjump basis.

One little secret method to make your feet go higher.

Take your foot,and start to hold balance while standing,and in the same time you will have to jump with your other foot so high as you can.

And do the same thing with other foot.

If you will do that every day,30 seconds with one foot

We are starting with the first trick in hardjump basis.

Start to take your foot to the back,and then front like here.

Prove it with your other foot. And again,try to take it so high as you can.

Now you will learn to shift your feet.

Take your foot back and front,and shift it like i will show.

Very good tutorial! =) I'm from sweden so I understand everyting, but you don't necessery need the subtitles to get the basics. Just imitate what he's doing.
