gr8! went to the homegoin celebration of a founder of a note-singin group here in atl ga. i luv the art - pray it never dies! they rarely do harmony like that nowadays.

bless u i grew up in fayette al born and raised in the mcconnell chapel community baptized in the baptist(peaceful rest b c) church next door to mcconnell chapel methodist church

This was an AL-MS shape-note singing convention not a regular church service congregation.

The title is "There is Glory with the Lord" by Adger M. Pace and Rosa Nell Powell first published in 1937. They sung from Ben Speer Music's Convention Book for 1996, MATCHLESS GRACE p.14 compiled by Harold Lane
