For the Cmd start in notepad, just type :a start press enter then type go to :a

No, it isn't Vista, because the Start Menu hasn't got search fuction. It is an XP with Vista thene, and MacOSX cursors. Looks fine. And another: @PurpleSheep24, What screen recorder did you used, I've been looking for something like this for years! Please tell me!
