Arms, Abs, Thighs and Butt!

The one leg squat targets your thighs and butt while push ups tone and tighten your core and help you achieve lean, defined arms.

A surprisingly quick yet effective super set to add to your fat loss plan helping you get your body bikini ready!

A1: One Leg Squat

Perform 8-10 times on each leg
You can modify by standing next to a chair for balance

A2: Push Ups

Perform 8-12
These are REAL push ups - if you are not sure what I am talking about, please refer to the 1 Exercise for Toned Arms Tight Tummy post.

In order for push ups to effectively work your arms and your core, you must do them properly, elbows back about 45 degrees (not flared out at 90 degrees).
If you are not ready for REAL push ups -just follow the same form against a counter or a step depending on your fitness level. Once you start doing them the RIGHT way - wow, do you feel it and heck yes, do you SEE it!

How To Use Bikini Body Exercises
Perform these 2 moves back to back as a super set with little to no rest between moves. You can add this super set to your current fat loss plan or use it alone if time is short. Be sure to double your results by cutting out processed foods and sugar!

  • Hi hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.
