Do you ever get hiss using the X2U because i have the X2U and the SM57 and i get so much hiss?

@StannSSS theres so many better stuff out there than the x2u yes i agree theres allot of hiss and you have to equalize it within a program, and it takes me a good while looking for the sweet spot for the x2u, but if you want a decent recording just put it in the middle of the amp if you have two speakers, but if you only have one speaker just remember you have to grind it out to find the perfect or decent sound. I'm thinking about getting a firemobile interface this week.

@StannSSS Just remember to get a program with an equalizer and use it to take out the unecessary background hiss, and also what plays in the roll of the hiss is if you have the monitor volume and the earphone volume too high.

lower the gain, then you can double, triple, or quadruple your tracks for a beastly sound
