September 8th the longshore workers again stopped the grain from reaching the terminal. They used sheer numbers to send a powerful message to the scab company EGT.

There needs to be an Occupy Longview protest. The ILWU should join it. I thought there was one planned but I'm not sure if anyone went through with it.

I am proud that ILWU is taking a stand. This is union busting and it is happening all over the country so that big corps can make more money and take away the gains working folks have fought hard for and DESERVE! Now is the time for the whole NW to show our support and stand with ILWU!

I believe they unload cargo from transport. They work at docks unloading cargo from vessels onto trucks as well as train depots unloading cargo from rail vessels to trucks as well. They operate heavy moving equipment like those large Star Wars looking cranes at the various docks you see. Those behemoths take cargo palettes off of large cargo ships and load them onto the trailers of trucks for transport in-land.

@TheLoveschach I'm on the side of "right." I'm not with these racists. I'm not with these anti-semites. I'm on the side of good, as I define it. I'm an independent-thinking American who doesn't buy into this race/class war being ginned-up by the unions, Democrats & Obama. THEY are doing this (among other things) to this country to bring about collapse in order to jump-in with their ready-made plan to "transform the country," as BO said.

Why would anybody start a business just to make the same amount as somebody who sweeps the floor? Communism is a dead end. Nobody starting a business=no jobs for people to complain about.
