Pseudopod extending amoeba next to a diatom canoe, with a nearby clump of U.L.O.'s (unidentified living object). Sample of water collected from the muddy banks of the Boneyard Creek (Urbana, Illinois) and analyzed onboard the BioBus by the Girl's Do Science Club at the Orpheum Children's Science Center in Urbana, IL.

Timelapse is 2-3 times faster than normal. Magnification is approximately 400x on an Olympus CKX-41 inverted phase contrast microscope with a DP-12 digital camera (Olympus).
