The man sitting next to Micky with his a black shirt is his voice-over actor. The biginning of the clip, Micky motion with his voice actor making look like Micky is speaking Japanese. He said "Please come see my shows!" I feel lucky that I speak Japanese. I was watching this live interview in front of the TV when I was a kid.

Awesome video, thanks for putting these up! I had a hard time translating for this show, as Micky would whisper silly things as the Japanese MC was rattling off questions, we had Micky's "To Be Or Not To Be" playing in the studio and the girls behind us would scream every now and then. Micky was and still is a great person, and once I got over being star-struck, we became friends and he even came over to my house for a traditional Japanese style dinner one night.
