Brother, you have no idea how right you are. What's truly amazing, is that American arms industries make AK derivatives that will fire NATO ammunition and hit with the same precision of the M16, with the reliability of the AK.

Wow. It's as if American soldiers in WW1 had been given Winchesters. Hard to even believe these are still the main assault rifle US troops use today. I've heard about how bad the M16 is since the 70s. Adding bells & whistles only worsens the problem.
