我之前看过楚腰比较旧的版本,是三人舞。感觉比这个好多了。现在 的中国古典舞变得很强硬,似乎少了什么似的,看了比较不舒服,感 觉现在的中国舞好像只是为了取悦观众,为了得奖而已。幸亏中国还 有杨丽萍!她的舞蹈是最有生命,最有灵性的。

I do chinese classical dance, I can tell you that even the method you said do have an effect, it takes so much practice to stop getting dizzy, because your body start to get used to it.

Probably stating the obvious here, I think the dance is about trees blossoming in spring, as the dancing is very willowy and the headdresses are like branches swaying in the wind. With the pink dresses for the flowers?

I think this dance is one type of royal court dance from several thousand of years ago. the name 'Chu YAO' means 'CHu waist', Chu is the name of one of the kingdom before China's united, it is recorded that the king of Chu KINGDOM love women with slim waist, that's why Chu women are known for their beautiful slim waist...

In English, we don't say "I have a Chinese blood", we say "I have Chinese blood". You don't need to put "a" before "Chinese".
