daughter Ushio. After Nagisa died from giving birth to Ushio, Tomoya has been living a terrible life on his own only feeling regret of losing Nagisa. He offers Ushio to Nagisa's parents and they continue to take care of her for 5 years. For over 5 years, Tomoya has blocked himself out of society only on focusing about doing his job and gambling to kill time. Later on, he is sent on a trip arranged by Sanae and Akio to go to a place to take Ushio. It all didn't turn out well at the beginning but as you watch this scene, you know what happens. ;D
