  • Hummm I ve seen one like this before. Looking like a Log Hog

  • does the push plate hit the blade? because if it does, not very good since you'd need to constantly sharpen it to keep it splitting efficiently. maybe add a 1/2" bar into the alignment track?

  • I wish I would have made mine with a diesel engine. I made one for pretty much free just had to buy hydraulic ram and got the engine off craigslist for pretty much nothing. I also have a trailer axle under mine that way you can haul it on the road faster then 30mph lol

  • Let the engine warm up before working it for longer life.

  • i would have made it so the Exhaust was pointing the other way

  • why did you MAKE a wood splitter, but BUY a slip-on wedge?
