Brilliant to see 44871 back in one piece and looking magnificent!
She was the first engine I ever saw (not just the first steam engine, the first one ever) at Fort William and 1989. I was just 3 months old at the time but I can still just remember it!:P

Like the touch of the cat crossing the line, nice video. It did that a few times. I got a nice going away shot from the bridge which was worth the wait. It looks immaculate! Shame I couldn't get out for it this morning working down to Euxton Jnc and back. Cheers. Ben Collier.

She had not go problems, the 37 backed the train out into the station then 44871 took over. the 37 being towed. The delay was due to points frozen.
