@dalecalder2003 My first indoor garlic did that. but I can't wait to cut those little brats off and cook them! I suppose lightly steamed?

@jihadacadien It's like a flower bud but it is never going to open or bloom. I noticed some starting today on my off the store shelf kind of garlic, so yes I would say you should have a close look at yours this is when they should be starting.
