@karkelkhan its for the family and their community to decide, you cant use a central/state government to enforce one culture upon the lifes of others. Some religions, cultures etc. have the right to define their own parameters of how they treat their citizens, the constitution is designed to kick the government out of peoples personal lives. USA's elite and rich founding fathers understood how government enslaves people. They were elite themselves, they should know what government is used for.

If anyone disagrees with me then they should be asked to look after some mentally handicapped people for some time then they can have the pleasure of toileting and being attacked by them.
