The answer to this dilemna is simple. To those involved in whaling: this isn't 1845. You can stop your archaic means of providing food and making a living. There are plenty of alternatives. Whaling isn't neccesary anymore.
To those against whaling: stop your whining and focus your efforts on ridding the world of modern-day, relevant injustices. Trust me, there are lots of them.
Now you pussies all shake hands and go have a fucking beer. Geez!

I lived in Japan for a while, and this one time i went to some super elite hotel at the south coast of Honshu to have dinner. We sat down and the food just kept coming, I mean, there was no menu, none of us were vegetarian or anything, so there is a rule: you simply get whatever they make that day. I asked my lovely Japanese hosts what this tasty jelly thing was, they didn`t know, yet they had it as well. The waitress told us it was some shark fin tissue. I cannot forgive myself. I love sharks.
