"Perfessor" Bill Edwards delivers a wonderful performance of "TOO MUCH MUSTARD" in this video. I have always really loved this melody, and the "Perfessor" has a great feel for this music.
This performance took place during a winter concert in Sedalia, Missouri on a Saturday evening, February 23rd, 2008

That was brilliant. I also love the more low key version at the website.
The man is gifted. Thank you very much for posting this.

Thank you for your nice comment. Yes he is a delightful guy and a heck of a piano player. His website is one of the very best music and music history websites in existence. I hope you have some time to look around on it.
Best regards,

A big 13*************! Wonderful playing, wasn't this composed by "Perfessor" Bill?

Aw Shucks, I'm sorry you don't win a prize, as this tune was written by English composer Cecil Macklin in 1911, "Tres Moutarde", or "Too Much Mustard" became a popular and influential standard piece of the ragtime era.
Thanks for your question as it prompted me to provide the explaination above.
