  • I just found a quote that I put on my fridge and it says, "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you are right." I'm not sure who wrote it, but it totally fits. You are doing great and I am looking to you as inspiration for myself.

  • I totally agree...and thanks :)

  • The fact that you are aware of this behavior says A LOT. You are such a smart woman - continue to be mindful. I'm confident you will overcome this.

  • Totally great video. Thanks for all the wonderful info. Your doing such a wonderful job. I can't wait to get my sleeve.

    Have a great day.

  • You always post very informative videos.. Thanks ! Even before surg I worried that I would gain weight back and my doctor and i talked about it. He said if you always measure your food and only eat the amount recommended for the stage of the process you are in... you will not gain weight back. I believe this to be true.

  • Good vid Kel! I am still weighing everything pretty much cause my eyes still think I need more on my plate than I can actually eat and so if I don't I end up throwing out 1/2 of what's on it even though I'm putting way smaller portions than I ever would have pre-surgery. Also, I found I have to remember that it's 4 oz approx TOTAL...not of each item so that sort of is a mind twist cause 2 oz of meat and 2 oz of say mashed potatoes is not a whole lot... but it IS enough (sometimes too much).

  • Thanks for sharing. I joined you-tube as a way to be accountable also. I have not had my surgery yet but agree it is a good idea. Glad you have gotten control of your food monster. Damn slider foods. :P

Death to slider foods *chants over and over*
