As God did not instruct the Rabbi's who instituted sucking the freshly circumcised penises to do so, are the Rabbis and Mohels who practised and taught the sucking of freshly circumcised penises exempt from Gods laws of sexual boundaries and morality as set forth in Leviticus and the writings of other OT prophets? Especially in light of the fact that they did so without authority to change the ordinance?

@RabbiZvi You fail to address and evade answering the most important questions 1. Did God authorise the Rabbis/Mohels who came up with the idea of sucking freshly circumcised penises to do add this disgusting practice to the ritual of circumcision? 2. Does God need Rabbis to perfect His ordinances because God did not understand and know about how diseases and infections are really transmitted?
