  • floor exercises can be hard at times cool demonstration, used to do this in soccer

  • you're probably using the wrong muscles.

    try focusing on using your abdominal muscles instead of your neck.

  • wow for my football team we do 10 of these everyday and we hold it for atleast 45 seconds the longest i think was like a minute and 45 seconds and its so hard but it helps your abs alot

  • the most situps i can do is bout 500 but my neck always hurts

  • i can do 300 crunches but can only do 20 leg lifts. My lower abs are under developed ;(
