Yes those specs are correct, but 0-100 km/h is with the 325i in 7,2sec and 328i 7,0 sec. The difference is not even noticable. Unless you chip it I suppose.
You can save money on buying a 325i instead of 328 because the acceleration and power is almost the same.
328 are faster i raced my brothers a few times and won

In speed an fuel they do both the same.

@louis2710 no you are wrong 1998-2000 M52TU 2800cc E46 328i, its replaced in 2001 by the M54 2500cc E46 325i.

I still would preferr the 325 ci. Newr engine with double vanos too eyh? Also saves marginal fuel for that matter.

@AlexZandero, the E46 325i haves the newer engine the m54.
The E46 328i haves the older engine M52TU.
So there is no money saving here the 325i is the newer car.
