The whole song is sati ring moral guardians who blame things like TV, video games, and movies for things like murder, rape, violence, etc. when the cause of those things is actually more complex than that, and can even be traced back to the parents. In this case, the show is mocking the moral guardians by making them blame Canada when Canada has absolutely nothing to with it. It's meant to make the MG look like idiots.You guys are taking it waaaaay too personally.

This is funny, minus the not even a country part! I am Canadian and I do personally find the US often neglects all that us Canadians do for their country. All is well though. This is still a great performance.
