Half Life 2 the hardcore way: the gunship done quick

I did one mistake =(, that slowed me down a bit. I picked up some rockets before getting the rocket launcher, and because of that, I was too much time without ammo outside (10 seconds!!!) =(. Besides, in the small cabin, Frohman blocked my way =D. Anyway, the job is done. I didn't abuse the abundance of ammo and medkits in this place, and was able to finish with full health and rpg ammo.
Everything is here, included the gravity gun trick that only fails when you're recording LOL ^^ The rules: No Quicksave, Hard mode, No glitches, No shortcuts for skipping big fights, No imposible jumps, No gay jumping, No "flying", and some speed. (It would be perfect if we could really disable crosshair).

There is something like 'Cinematic mod' for Half Life 2. It records everything without performance loss. Maybe you should try it?

ok rookie, I'm going to explain you and I hope you will understand. Wasting ammo and health? this is not Deus Ex boy, in Half Life 2, you will never suffer for lack of ammunition or medkits, unless you waste it deliberately. The game will give you what you need. Remember the infinite ammo crates?

Take a look at the description little boy, I have rules, and I follow them. Accordingly, I am a good player.

i define it as someone who wastes ammo, and health - a shotgun to take out a headcrab, 2 shots of a shotgun for 1 combine, losing a load of health, l2 crowbar
