@MrKeks95 Die kann man freischalten. Ich erinnere mich nicht genau, wie, aber ich glaube, man muss das Spiel einmal durchspielen, und dann kann man im Optionsmenü einstellen, ob man eine Lebensanzeige haben will oder nicht.

It's from Sailor Moon Season 2 (in the Japanese and German version at least - they changed the music in the English one), but I don't know what it's called because it had some Japanese name and I just changed it.
