Harness is designed to bring your parrot out for a walk regardless of whether the bird is clipped or not clipped. A clipped bird can still take off if gets spooked.

Good for you! My Grey loves to go for walks with me. I thought We talk about the things we see as we go through the neighborhood. I was the only one who did this!
