I read the book before I saw the trailer. I didn't expect the actors to look like I had pictured them in my mind, they never do. The second time watching this trailer, I noted that the actor for Rain had sort of a cat-like look around the mouth when he first appears. So probably a good choice there, considering what he is...

@sragon55 Here's the problem with making these books into a movie. There isn't a big enough budget out there to do it justice unless they did it Avatar style, and in a four part movie series.... that's big BIG budget and it's very hard to do sequels justice in the movie industry. The only fantasy series I can even think of to date that have been successful in this have been epic. Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter. However, given enough $ it would join their ranks. :)

How is his hair short? Did he get a haircut in the last book? All the Fey men wear their hair long don't they? And shouldn't they at least try to get the eyes right? Has the person making this read the description of the characters at all? Fey people have pale glowing skin and cat like vivid eyes. Rain has lavender eyes. With cat pupils.
