No way ! None of my parrots are this mello,especially my 2 quakers.The female hates everyone.She goes out of her way to not look at me.She won't make eye contact,and will turn her head if I follow her eye movements.The is friendly but does not like being touched,period ! Man you got lucky with your chilled out quaker.You sure you didn't slip him a valium,or blew pot smoke down his lungs?
I have a Sun Conure that is my friendliest out of them all,but will not volunteer to lay on its back.AWESOME

Oh really? They can be a handful sometimes. Do you have her on your shoulder much? If I'm playing ps3 I do for an hour or two. He used to be very physco bite and even drawing blood but through weeks of just having him chill on my shoulder and giving him treats at the same time usually corn flakes he is now really cool. Also another thing I've found when you first let them out of the cage give them 5 mins on top of the cage before you try and pick them up, they relax and are nicer.
