  • It's a PITT pen by Faber Castell, size B. Cheap and awesome. Darwyn Cooke uses 'em too.

  • You're not wrong. It just depends on what you're doing. If I were to color this I would make the city outline a lighter value so it looks farther away, as I've done on a few other hoboes.
