Ninja Gaiden - Ryu Pwns

Im back to making videos again, but only short ones since i dont have time to do longer gameplays.
Watch Ryu beat the shit out of all bosses, frame advance and save states are used.

Why do you bother to tool assist? Such a shame. I'm so accustomed to hearing the same cliched execuses.. entertainment.. helping the speed run community blah blah. Really, a good speed runner does not copy off a TAS'er, but rather uses his own brain to think up of how to better his runs. =)

You cant do this normally, thats why i make tool-assisted runs.

Many nes games got so many glitches, some of them easy to perform and others impossible without slowmotion and save states.

So why not use these tools when there is no way you can perform them normally?

You gotta be superman to be able to do this, i dont even know if that would be enough cos you would probably destroy your keyboard with all button combinations.

I apologize for the first post, it was not exactly welcoming. Anyway, I hope you don't take offense to what I wrote. I just wanted to give my views on this is all.

I am fully aware that you cannot do this normally. I am not trash talking either, I am entitled to my opinion. This is an opinionated subject. I am not here to flame or attack anyone =). imo theres no significant point in doing TAS runs. In fact... because tool exist, no hit/nodeath run gamers have suffered. 1.We can't submit playback files to sites like TG to begin with unless its MAME.2. its a gamble to trust the author putting the run on the web. These are valid points. Want 20 more reasons?
