Savannah on Bailey

Savannah is my new student. She has never been on a real horse until about three months ago when she showed up at the farm one day and asked me to teach her to ride. She has been ridding Scout and my horse Freckles for that time but today she asked me if she could ride Bailey. Bailey is a 19- year-old appendix gelding that belongs to Kim C. Bailey is a good boy but he does sometimes hop when he is going into a canter and has launched one of my other students over his head. For this reason we have to work him down good before he's ridden. Savannah has proven to me that she is a good rider and we have worked Bailey down for about an hour so I'm pretty sure he's safe for her to try ridding him up into a canter in the round pen.
