Muay Thai Handwrap Tutorial by Thai Trainer

Head trainer Petch at Chacrit Muay Thai , Bangkok, giving a short tutorial on how to make a Thai style handwrap for Muay Thai. It is a little fast, but you can always pause or rewind a bit anyway. Hope this video helps out anyone who wants to make a Thai style wrap.

Handwrap is about 4 to 5M long if I'm not mistaken.

when i wrap like this and bend my wrist i can see the skin on my wrist. so i know my wrist is not protected from being sprained. what am i doing wrong?
