【材料】:魷魚2片 、酸筍絲 150g、火腿 100g 、木耳 100g、薑 20g、葱2根、蠔油3大匙、紹興酒2大匙、糖1大匙、醋1大匙、太白粉1大匙、香油1大匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、火腿川燙後先切片再切絲,魷魚對半部開後切絲、木耳切絲、薑切絲。蔥切成段後再切成絲,即完成材料準備的部份。
2、起一熱鍋後加入少許油轉小火,先放入薑絲炒香,接著再放入火腿絲、魷魚絲、此時轉大火再加入水等水煮滾後,再放入冰糖、醋、蠔油調味拌炒,再撒上胡椒粉最後再放入木耳­絲下去燜煮。
3、起鍋前,再拌入蔥白以及芡汁和蔥段即完成「酸辣魷魚絲」。
