Just add &fmt=18 for this in HQ, I was not aware when I upload this video so after the tests I upload a version in HD 720p, just follow the annotation in the upper left corner "New HD version".

With &fmt=18 you will have also the button "watch in normal quality" and could switch between both (HQ/NQ) versions.

Better video quality with &fmt=18, but I upload a mono video.

This mod HAS completely died, which is frustrating because it had the potential to be the best one of them all.

I hope whoever was making it gives their "work in no progress" to somebody who can finish it.

A branch of CCP could do wonders with it. They would have the resources to make an awesome strategy game from scratch (awesome as long as they adopted most of the Hw2 mechanics) WITHOUT the need to have the Homeworld franchise copyrights. It would be a great advertisement for EVE Online too
