http://www.begbucks.com The other day bike riding in Taunton Mass. I saw this rather disturbing sign which seems to indicate a drop off zone for kids intended for financially strained desperate moms of newborns. Across the street from the local Church, This is the first such zone I have ever witnessed since the Cape Cod area has nothing like this. Perhaps it's economics or Cape Codders still dump kids in dumpsters though I have never found any when foraging for supplies.
What has the world come to?
Anyway the paragraph below is what I feel should be done to maintain a utopian atmosphere & prevent unwanted babies;
First off it's far too easy to have children in this country, Therefore I propose the following solution to this problem:
I feel it is imperative that federally mandated contraception ought to be implemented by means of a device implanted into both sexes at birth to remain dormant till puberty, & to be only de-activated upon a family planning permit issued (after all; if one wishes to erect a fence [or a phallus for that matter with carefree or sinister intent] or request a building permit; there are numerous protocols & legal hoops one must navigate to prove to the board that serious & viable conduct will be honored so a permit can be issued ~ So tell me why creating a child or starting a family should be any different?
Under this mandated system, a prospecting couple (special clause for anonymous sperm donors) would have to first appear before a family planning board to plead their case. They would have to prove emotional & financial stability for the child as well as display an ability to provide a loving home. In some cases where insolvent credit would be prevalent; one might also be requested to deposit a sum of money, say $100,000 or more into an annuity for the said child's development throughout age 21. Here some materially wealthy trash pickers, legally below the poverty line for instance would have a substantial burden.
As for the contraceptive device; tracked by a GPS beckon to possibly also force fidelity; it could have an 800 no. much like one on your Comcast cable box that you could call after all the necessary child bearing certifications were approved that allow some hapless geek to activate a switch which could remotely de-activate the device for the said period of time presented in the parental decree conceived upon a consensual approach from both parties. Further; if one hacked the device &/or circumvented protocol; after a board convening upon the unauthorized pregnancy in question as well as the parent(s) appear in family court; & if a fine; say $500,000 cash was not remitted on demand as well as consent to the state dictating raising the child or supervising the mother; could result in a remote abortion or mis-carriage be triggered by the court.
I'm certain that while this being a draconian measure; it would cut down significantly on the discarded kids at a burden to society in many less effluent regions when the proverbial "Sh*t hits the Fan"
These opinions are solely my own & do not reflect the sentiment of my dear (non-practicing) sociologist mother who was vehemently opposed to my release of this video since her viewpoints are very old fashioned & differ vastly from mine.
Finally; if you listen closely starting at 0:44; you may hear a melodic tune that was inaudible when I recorded this. Perhaps it's Angelic injection or my mind searching the Akasiac data base as I have captured previously.

Maybe they should just have a container with a slot at the top. A baby bank instead of a bottle bank.
