  • Hey! i read that the poweramps specs were these: output power: 2x 440W into 4 Ohms, 2x 240W into 8 ohms.

But what if you have cabinet that has 120watts/8ohm or 2x 60watts/16ohm.

So is it safe to use that poweramp with that kind of cabinet? Can i break something i plugg it in? And btw, great riffs you got there man. You should make songs out of them.

  • @RlKK3 Yeah man it's safe. It's a solid state power amp and from what I understand you only have to worry about matching watts/ohms with tube amps. The t.amp worked flawlessly for me anyway!

  • what were the settings you used for this?

  • @chrisd1000912 I recorded it a long time ago so I can't remember sorry, I should have put it in the description.

  • Hey, I need cheap poweramp for E530 and I WTB T.AMP E400. I know this is more hi-fi poweramp, but what do you think about it? Now I play marshall 8008 but I like it more on linear mode, in which it gives just more power to the speakers without changing tone. Is T.800 (and T.400) doing the same thing? How do you compare it to tube poweramps? Thanks in advance for your reply!

  • @kubanczyk The t800 is good, the only thing I found it lacked was bass so you might need an eq in the loop. Other than that it was very clean. I imagine the t400 is the same.

  • did you find many diferences between the sound of pre + cab and pre + poweramp + cab? is it such a difference?

  • @fearcomplexmusic

haha no in stead; ss is more sensitive for losing it's load then a tube amp, you can missmatch a tube amp but missmatching a ss amp is realy bad for your amp

  • This remainds me the border collie! haha

  • the bass sounds like an earthquake dude..

  • how many watts?
