The conference is organized by The Eleanor Roosevelt Project of the George Washington University and Vital Voices Global Partnership with support from the United States Department of State, the International Labour Organization and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. The Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations (CoNGO) is coordinating logistics for the event.
