ENGAGE AT A HIGHER RPM , ITS TOO MUCH FRICTION FOR THE ENG /TRANS WHEN NOT UNDER LOAD. THE INIRTIA HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE. YOU BOUGHT A SPORT CLUTCH , DRIVE IT LIEK ONE, YOU CANT THINK 800 RPM GRANNY SHIFTS IS THERE FAULT.. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FOR THE BUCK CLUTCHES. HOPE YOU GOT IT FIGURED OUT AND ARE BOOSTIN . NOT TRYIN TO HATE .

Puck clutches do this. Also they are pretty much pointless on a stock street car. Congratulations, you wasted money.

OOO chit my nissan frontier did something similar today what the heck! What was the problem? I was thinking about ordering all new stuff, flywheel, shifter fork, release bearing, pressure plate, imput bearing, grease.
-
I bet you have lots of hot spots on your flywheel. Probably need to get it re-surfaced and that will fix the problem
-
actually the 95-99 maximas have a DOHC 24 valve v-6 pushing about 190 hp and about 210 ft-lbs of torque
-
goddamn that sucks hope you got it fixed. my 6puk did the same but it ended up being flywheel problems and trans issues later. (bent fork)

i dont think this is chatter...lol

if you put a button clutch in launch at higher rpms.. thats what they are made for
A Stillen supercharger running 9psi is in the works and I wanted to get a clutch that would be able to handle the added torque.
