This adds new units to all the races, not to mensionn the loads of new paint schemes and maps. It pretty much makes the game more 40k.

Chaos now has 5 different factions based off the 4 gods or undivided, space marines have rediculous ammounts of vihicles and veterens, plus the 3 elite unit hard cap for all races, Imperial guard have 4 different play types based off the acctual game, etc. for the nid mods i have not noticed much eccept that the SM grey knight were replaced with a much cooler looking Deathwatch
