These Clusters have a history of Bad wiring (solder) at the power plug. Pull the cluster and with a soldering pencil reheat the solder joints at the power plug location.
OR Buy a new Board and possibly have the same problem.

it did not work on my 2002 i have no speedo no gas gage,no temo light just lost it on freeway
