  • stick that v10 up ur ass

  • Vette isn't stock...

Vipes is, notice the Viper pulling him in until the guy had to shift, faster shifting and not having a passanger would have given that race to the Viper

  • it is really shame to let someone to drive Viper with a very bad shifting

    2 second between each shift!!

    try to learn good shift

  • @ViperSRTnACR All pure assumption. I OWN a Z06 and thats much better than just "driving/riding" in one. They are high RPM cars and VERY light, but to each their own.

  • @tangledline

I know, I've driven/ridden in my share of Vette's and have seen different times all across the board. For whats considered to be a stock car (both Viper and Vette) I've seen times as good as a 10.92@120 for a Gen 4 Viper driven by "Ranger" and as bad as high 13's with average drivers giving it a shot. Same goes for Vettes with times like that. As long as the cars are stock or close to it, it all comes down to the driver. All I know is the Viper sounds 100% stock, Vette does not.

  • @ViperSRTnACR Who said the Vette wasnt stock? or is this just another one of your theories as to why the Vette was ahead? I looked at the video 4 times...never a mention of the Vette not being stock HOWEVER the Z06 "Stock" could produce 11 second 1/4 mile times with a good driver. I think it was a fairly even matched race and the viper was just out redlined. The LS6 performs its best at high rpms. I know because I own one and mine is definitely not stock.

  • CCCCCCCCCComeonguys....

One runs 12.4 at 116 mph on a good day. The other runs 11.7 at 123 mph on a good day. Vette modified or tne viper was very badly driven. They are in differant leagues unless you brig out the 11.3 at 127 mph c6z06

  • @haaserods Dude, its one race and lets be honest here, its not the car, its the operator.

  • lol @ driver thinking he won the race.. didnt you notice the Vette put the brakes? u blind? u lost the race!! lmao imagine now a C6 Z06 or ZR1.. u`d be destroyed!!

  • @CorvetteTwinTurbo625 Indeed we do! xD

  • At the end does he really think he won? I mean that is sad. Take your v10 and shove it. There aint no major upgrades on the vette or the viper would have vanished.

  • @CorvetteTwinTurbo625

In my experience, its been the Vette owners always crying fowl but I can give some credit to GM considering it took them 13+ years to make a Vette that could match the speed of a Viper. Though the ACR is still faster then the ZR1 on the track and the ring. Personally, I like both cars with a slight edge on the Viper due to its looks and rarity because in one year GM produces as many Vette's as there are Vipers in total.
